Carter is a junior at Lewis-Palmer High School. He is an athletic individual who enjoys playing hockey, mountain biking, and running. He likes to be outdoors at all times and loves to spend time with family. He loves to cook for other people and cook for himself. He likes the Colorado Avalanche, Washington Capitals, and Dallas Cowboys. He has one brother, one step-sister, and two step-brothers. He spends all weekends watching his brothers play lacrosse, roller hockey, and basketball. I am a reporter for Ranger Review News.
