Being a freshman is never supposed to be easy .Having older kids give you grief, getting lost because you have no idea where you are in the school  and not having any classes with your friends is only half of the problems one gets as a freshman.

High school is a huge step from middle school. It’s when people have to get their act together and put the childish stuff away.  Grades and participation are two things that people never take seriously.

The main points teachers try to emphasize in coming 8th graders are don’t fall behind in assignments and get involved with the school.

To get involved with the school most advisors suggest clubs and sports. It always helps freshman and new students to get to know people and feel more connected with the school.

Never having classes with friends can make one miserable, but it also can help them get to know other people.

“On black day schedule I am a complete loner, I thought high school was supposed to be like the movies, and it’s not,” Freshman Avery Downey said.

High School isn’t like the movies, but besides the acquired moments of being a freshman, it can also be very pleasurable.

In the crowded hallways the common freshman friends do welcome people into conversations and have their own freshman clubs, activities, and dances. The average freshman life isn’t always the best, but it’s only a year.
