The countdown for Spring Break arises within a week for LPHS. All the hard work from studying to testing gets to go through one ear and out the other for a whole week.

From March twenty-sixth till April 2nd the pleasure of amusing activities sets a forward.

For most of the students at LPHS they are spending their break in our very own state of Colorado. This year in Colorado, the state has been fortunate enough to receive very pleasurable weather.

With this fortunate weather, many summer activities can be presumed.  So what will the average students break be imagined as?

“This year I get to go to Florida! I plan on swimming and texting my boyfriend,” said freshman Maddy Trujillo.

Maddy Truillo isn’t the only one traveling to Florida this year. Many of the other students have choosen the destination to Florida as well, making it the hot spot state for this years spring break.

For the Lewis Palmer Rangers the most common top 5 activities are; traveling in and out of state, hanging out with friends and family, partying, shopping, and relaxing.

“I’m so excited to relax and have a break, my boyfriend and I get to hang out too since we go to separate schools,” said freshman Sabrina Perry.

“I’m very excited to hang out with some of my friends I don’t get to see,” said sophomore Taylor Eliason.

No matter where you go and what you do, the Spring Break is well deserved for the hardworking LPHS students.
