On september 21st, the Lewis-Palmer  freshman football team had another monumental win. The final score of the game was Lewis Palmer-51, Rampart-6. This win now has the freshman team with a record of 3-1.

”The only disappointment was not making it to 60. In the first half we got a saftey,”  Michael said

A safety is when the offense gets tackled by the other team into their end zone. Defense will receive three points.

He explained that if there was any improving that would need to be made would be their offensive line because it kept getting broke through.

The team also played second string quarterback, Dayton Madison, number 35. He did exceptionally well explained Michael. They also played their second string defense after the first half.

A big play was made by Cody, the nose guard, who sacked the QB three yards away from the end zone causing the QB to fumble the football and Cody recovered it inside the end zone and scored.

This could be a great season for the Lewis Palmer freshman Rangers that have only one loss this season.
