From the plate to the wash

Saturday, September 28, the Lewis-Palmer baseball team held a carwash at the Petsmart store in Monument. This was a fundraising opportunity for the team and meanwhile a great way for the boys to hang out.
“It was a great bonding experience and I think we should do it again,” said sophomore, Blayke Walsh.
“We made a lot of money and had a great time,” said junior, Patrick Pfahler.
The baseball team earned about one thousand dollars and is going to use that money towards their program. It was a great bonding experience for the whole team and they are looking forward to their season in the spring.
