The seniors of Lewis-Palmer High School are graduating in May of 2014 and it seems as if they have an easy year ahead compared to their previous years High School. Many juniors are looking forward to their next big year by hearing what the seniors had to say.

The classes are easier “mainly because I don’t have that many academic classes. I haven’t felt much of a change this year. Respect doesn’t really matter, everyone should be treated the same,” senior Marcus Holley said.

“If you can tell who the seniors are, you will get more respect. This year, I only have four classes, since I’m going to a new school. I used to go to Falcon High School,” senior Taylor Hill said about the difference between his junior and senior year.

There are many minor details about the change and respect you get for being an upperclassman. The majority of the seniors attending Lewis-Palmer High School say they enjoy the perks that come with their senior year way better than their previous ones.

The senior class has more of an advantage than any other class throughout the school because of the seniority. They get off the hook more with the teachers and have the staff of the school on their side in most cases. Everyone’s senior year is usually looked upon for many reasons. This means the juniors and underclassmen at Lewis-Palmer should look forward to their senior year.
