Famous actors Will Smith and his son Jaden Smith star together as father and son in the new movie After Earth. This film was released in May 31, 2013

Will smith, starring as General Cypher Raige, and his son Kitai, starring Jaden Smith, travel through space and crash land on a foreign and quarantined planet after a terrible meteor shower. This dangerous planet is known as planet Earth. Earth was abandoned 1000 years ago due to humans destroying it. Now it is a highly inhabitable place to live.

Fighting to stay alive, Kitai must travel alone on hostile terrine and retrieve a rescue beacon to save his dying father and himself. He must do this and also run from a terrible creature that can smell fear. Kitai must learn to overcome his fear in order to avoid the creature and retrieve this beacon before it’s too late.

This movie is very fun and adventurous for the whole family although, it might be stressful for the younger generation. For smaller children, and maybe some adults, this movie contains some potential stressful events. Some jump scares from wild and evolved animal might scare unknowing viewers.

If someone was in the mood for an anticipating and exciting thriller for a sleep over, this is the movie to see. This really movie really gets the blood pumping!
