During Thanksgiving, tragedy struck when the main character of the Fast and Furious died in a car accident. Paul William Walker IV was born on September 12th 1973, in Glendale, California.

He died while riding in the passenger seat of a red 2005 Porsche Carrera GT. It crashed into a utility pole and burst into flames in the city of Santa Clarita on November 30th in the afternoon. The driver was Roger Rodas, 38, a friend of Walker’s.

Roger owned Always Evolving, an auto dealership, and Racing Services Company. He was also killed in the accident.

According to police reports, speed was a main factor in the crash. Although, an actual speed of the car at the time of the accident has not yet been confirmed.

Before the crash, the filming of a seventh Fast and Furious was in process and almost halfway completed. Universal studios has decided to give the actors and crew time to grieve before deciding whether or not to finish the movie.
