A fairly new game hit the app store only a few weeks ago and it has already become an extremely addicting game that everyone is playing. The game is a simple tile game where you have to build up the numbers until you hit the 2048^th tile.

The game starts out with two tiles, usually a pair of twos. To win swipe the screen to either go up, down, right or left. The object of the game is to combine the same numbers. For example, combine the pair of twos, and then another number pops up, either a two or a four.

To win the game, keep combining the twos, then the fours and continue on until you get eight, sixteen, thirty-two, all the way up to 2048. Many students have beaten the game already and now are required to complete the game up until the 4096^th tile.

People all around believe that to beat the game you must swipe your screen in certain ways. So, instead of going whatever way you want, just go up and to the left, or down and to the right. Whether the game is played for enjoyment only or just to beat the game, it is a very addicting game.
