The new installment of the Divergent series was released into theatres March 20th 2015. Insurgent follows  Shailene Woodley as Beatrice Prior on her journey to take down the faction system and most importantly Jeanine who is played by Kate Winslet.

In the new chapter of the series, Divergents are now being hunted down like animals, because of main character, Tris’ success in shaking up the five factions, she is now the divergent’s main antagonist, primary target. Tris finds herself under the protection amongst the factionless, a group who is in hiding and don’t belong to any of the factions.

Filled with much more action and touching a more emotional level, Insurgent left viewers astounded for the next installment of the series. The film was complete with over the top action scenes that made this film unlike any other. The movie finished with a major plot twist bringing fans  to the edge of their seat bottled up with anticipation for the next film, Allegiant. Hopefully Allegiant  will live up to the previous film’s success and excellent quality.
