It seemed natural that Hannah Mattingly, who has always loved to write, would jump at the chance to be a part of the Ranger Review. This junior’s favorite writers include F. Scott Fitzgerald, Jean- Paul Sartre, and Cat Marnell.  Also, she enjoys reading magazines such as Rolling Stone and NYLON. While she is not busy working hard on the Lewis- Palmer Cheerleading squad or studying for AP Psychology, she loves listening to bands such as MGMT, Nirvana, Odd Future, Bon Iver, Wavves, the Beatles, and Lana Del Rey, or watching The Little Mermaid. Her aspirations for the future include becoming a successful writer living in California and marrying a rock star (preferably Dave Grohl). Hannah also loves film and hopes to study at University of Southern California film school. Her favorite directors include Wes Anderson, Spike Jonze and Ang Lee. Hannah will one day travel to India, sing with Mick Jagger, and continue to spread good vibes throughout her journey.
