On September 24, 2014 freshmen and sophomores began prepping for the ACT while the juniors took a portion of the test, Lewis-Palmer is known for doing stupendous on tests like the ACT and the TCAP some students are thrilled about the test prep
“After the prep I didn’t feel ready but they guided me on the right path of being successful. It defiantly wasn’t fun but it was necessary. I am thankful for the school giving me the chance to prepare for this test. I am proud that I went to this school because of their test scores. I’m glad that they’re starting to switch these tests to the computer because that is what I prefer, and I can say that for the other students.” Said Antonio Pacitto Freshman said
However some students at Lewis-Palmer disagree.
“The prep was useful I thought that it gave me a template that will help me take the actual test. I personally thought however that it was boring what we did.. Unlike most people I actually hate the fact that they are switching these tests to the computer.” Cody Fitzgareld Sophomore said
It’s obvious that opinions are mixed on test prepping and the future of test taking. But one thing is for certain we are going to take this test.
