Mackenzie Valentine, a senior at Lewis-Palmer High School is a first year writer on the Ranger Review. Mackenzie is a competitive skier and has won many races and competed in 3 State Championships and hopes to continue racing throughout college. She is going to attend Colorado State University in Fort Collins starting in the fall of 2013. Mackenzie wants to study pre-med and become a nurse. She wants to be a trauma-nurse working in the Emergency Room. Mackenzie also loves spending time outside and spends every second she gets up in the mountains.
