The unbeatable Lady Rangers
April 21, 2015
Lewis-Palmer Girls’ soccer team is having a strong season and they are constantly getting closer to playoffs as each daypasses. Currently, the team is number three in the league and number sixteen in the state. This inspires the girls to continue this winning streak and push themselves as the end of season nears.
Catch the girls at Don Breese Stadium on April 21st as they kick off at 7pm. against their rival, the Palmer Ridge Bears. This will be a tough match for the Lady Rangers considering the bears are currently ranked second in the league.
As of right now, LP has had two wins and one tie since the league games have started. The game that ended with a tie was against Cheyenne Mountain. After double overtime with a score of 0-0 the cold game was put to an end.
The ladies are working very hard this season and they have had zero goals scored against them since the league games have started. This is a very big accomplishment and this has been made possible since the entire team has been constantly working their hardest to achieve this goal.
